• Store cases of cany 4 to 6 inches off the floor on pallets or shelves.
• Don't stack cases of candy on the floor or against outside walls because they will collect mositure.
• Don't fill bulk displays to full capacity during the slow selling season, especially jells.
• Reseal each case after opening. Resealing is the single most important step you can take to keep excess moisture or dryness form affecting candy. |
